The leaves of the coffee plant have been consumed for hundreds of years for medicinal purposes. Studies show that coffee leaves are high in mangiferin, chlorogenic acid, EGCG, and theobromine. Coffee leaf is anti-inflammatory, and is a strong source of antioxidants, and aids in improving brain function.

Guava Leaf

Guava Leaf is best known for lowering blood sugar. In fact, research shows that drinking guava leaf tea after meals reduces blood sugar by more than 10 percent. Guava Leaf has many other benefits including digestion, skincare, and immunity.

Olive Leaf

Olive Leaves are used to treat infections and reduce cholesterol and reduce blood pressure. Olive leaves contain a compound called oleuropein which is more effective then than pure oleuropein at lowering cholesterol.
