Olive leaves are a staple of some Mediterranean and Middle Eastern diets, packed with nutritional benefits. Olive leaves are said to have benefits for the digestive, nervous, and immune systems. They contain antioxidants and beneficial compounds that are anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory. Use in tea, or grind into a powder to add to other foods. Fresh tisane leaves can be boiled in water for 2 minutes and simmered for 8, with adjustments to taste. They also pair well with our citrus leaves.


Potential Benefits- Antioxidant, antihypertensive, hypoglycemic, hypocholesterolemic and cardioprotective activity.
