Curry leaves are commonly used in Southern Indian and Southeast Asian cuisine as an aromatic with a flavor similar to lemongrass and anise. Though not a dominant flavor, they have an unmistakable taste, giving dishes a richer and more robust flavor. The leaves can be used fresh or dry. 


Potential Benefits- antioxidant, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory and antitumor activity. Curry leaves are now widely used in Ayurvedic medicine all over the world for the treatment and prevention of various diseases
