Grown right here in Hyde Park, MA! The cinnamon is a traditional plant used in all over the world to increase flavor and smell in your dishes, perfums, drinks. The leaves of the plant has the highest level of eugonol, which is an essencial oil responsible for bringing the rich flavor to your food or drink. Eugenol is an antioxidant with the potential to help in several diferent health conditions. 


The flavor and aroma of the fresh cinnamon leaves makes a great tisane. The leaves can be added in a blend of leaves or used by itself. Leaves should be steeped in boiling water for about 2 minutes and simmered for about 8. Sweeten as desired.
